For more than three decades, I have led billion-dollar consumer businesses, served as an international public company director, advised CEOs and boards, and founded AI-enabled technology companies. My experience spans consumer products, premium brands, hospitality, software, digital platforms, and emerging technologies, united by a common focus: helping organizations unlock the value of customer insight, innovation, and deep domain expertise to create sustainable competitive advantage and long-term shareholder value.

My executive career began during the formative years of the internet at iVillage, one of the world's pioneering digital media businesses and online communities for women. It was an extraordinary time to witness how technology could reshape customer behavior, create entirely new business models, and transform industries. That experience sparked a fascination with the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer insight that has remained a constant throughout my career.

Over the following decades, I held executive leadership roles across technology, consumer, and retail businesses, including responsibility for a $1 billion global consumer platform at Shutterfly and a $1 billion-plus e-commerce and services business at Staples, serving more than 30 million customers across more than 1,000 locations. Earlier in my career, I studied Commerce and Law at the University of New South Wales, earned an MBA from The Wharton School, and worked as a strategy consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton.

“AI is making information abundant. Deep domain expertise is becoming one of the few sustainable competitive advantages that cannot be easily replicated.”

Throughout my career, I have seen the same principle apply across industries. Organizations create their greatest value by combining customer insight, innovation, disciplined execution, and deep domain expertise. Sustainable advantage comes from understanding what others do not—and translating that insight into differentiated products, more effective go-to-market strategies, better decisions, and superior customer experiences.

Alongside my executive career, wine and hospitality have remained a lifelong passion. Working as a sommelier helped fund my education and sparked an intellectual curiosity that ultimately led me to become a Master of Wine, one of the world's most demanding professional qualifications. It also reinforced my belief that deep domain expertise creates its greatest value when it can be codified, scaled, and applied.

Today, I bring this combination of executive leadership, governance, technology, and entrepreneurship to board and advisory roles, helping organizations navigate growth, innovation, and long-term value creation.

Most recently, I co-founded Thirsty Logic, an AI-enabled Beverage Intelligence Platform that transforms deep beverage expertise into scalable decision intelligence for hospitality businesses, consumers, and digital platforms. Built on proprietary datasets, structured expert knowledge, recommendation algorithms, and AI, the platform helps organizations improve customer experiences, strengthen beverage programs, increase revenue, and make better decisions.

Thirsty Logic reflects a broader conviction: as AI reshapes every industry, the organizations that create enduring value will be those that know how to transform deep domain expertise into scalable intelligence—and ultimately into a strategic asset.
