After completing degrees in accounting and law at the University of New South Wales and earning an MBA from Wharton, I began my career as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, focused on operational improvement and scaling complex organizations. I soon seized the opportunity to join one of the earliest internet companies, iVillage—the pioneering digital community for women—where I helped lead its international expansion during the formative years of the digital economy.

Since that early experience in digital media, I have spent more than three decades building and scaling technology-enabled consumer businesses. Along the way, I have worked with many of the world’s leading technology, media, and entertainment companies to launch and grow digital platforms that reach global audiences. I have also held senior operating roles leading large-scale businesses, including responsibility for a $1B consumer technology platform at Shutterfly and leadership of a $1B e-commerce and Marketing Services business at Staples, serving more than 30 million customers across more than 1,000 locations.

“The most rewarding work of my career has been helping companies innovate while creating lasting value for both business and society.”

Alongside my technology career, wine and hospitality have been a lifelong thread. Working in restaurants helped support my education and sparked a deep fascination with wine that ultimately led me to pursue the Master of Wine qualification—widely regarded as the most demanding credential in the global wine industry. During this period, I founded a wine distribution and e-commerce business introducing leading Australian wines to U.S. consumers, combining entrepreneurial experience with a passion for sharing exceptional wines with new audiences.

“Great businesses are built by elevating the experiences customers value most.”

Today I bring this combination of technology leadership, consumer platforms, and luxury brand experience to my board work. I serve as an Independent Director of Baron Philippe de Rothschild S.A., one of the world’s leading luxury wine companies, whose portfolio includes the iconic estates Château Mouton Rothschild, Opus One, and Almaviva, as well as the globally recognized Mouton Cadet. I also serve as a Non-Executive Director of Claranova, a publicly listed French technology company, where I chair the Corporate and Social Responsibility Committee.

Most recently, Doug Cook and I co-founded Thirsty Logic, a hospitality technology company that applies expert drinks knowledge and artificial intelligence to help restaurants and hotels enhance guest experiences while unlocking the full revenue potential of their beverage programs.

“Across my board and entrepreneurial work, I am drawn to companies operating at the intersection of consumer experience, technology innovation, hospitality, and premium brands—areas where thoughtful leadership, innovation, and responsible stewardship can create meaningful and lasting value.”
